Rantizo Expands to the Upper Southeast Region

February 14, 2024

Jonesboro, Arkansas hub opens to provide drone spraying services to the region.

JONESBORO, AR (Feb. 15, 2024) – Rantizo, the largest drone spraying network in the country, is pleased to announce the opening of the Upper Southeast (UPSE) regional hub. The hub will provide professional and timely drone spraying services for growers and retailers in Jonesboro, Arkansas and the surrounding area.

The new hub is home to three drone application specialists who have logged over 350 flight hours and flown over 5,000 acres – from rice and soybeans to corn and pumpkins plus ponds, pastures and even some duck holes. The hub will offer drone spray services to deliver crop protection and nutrition to more acres in a more sustainable way.

“Delivering crop protection and nutrition is hard, increasing in complexity and cost, and absolutely vital to producing a healthy crop,” says CEO Mariah Scott. “Our Jonesboro hub will make precision drone spraying services easy, accessible and cost-effective for more farmers and more acres in Arkansas.”

Drones offer many unique benefits when compared to other spray equipment because they can thrive on traditional and unconventional acres. Drones can provide site-specific, timely and critical applications of chemicals, fertilizer or cover crops with minimal drift.

“Growing up in Arkansas, I know how diverse the agriculture industry is in Arkansas,” said UPSE Regional Lead Jeff Dickens. “We are a local group of guys with a passion for drone application. We are ready to help growers and retailers with custom application that complements their current operation - whether ground rig or aircraft."
